It'll be $17.73 soon! lol

Nice cover. Although it does give away that Bandit LIVES! At least through that season. I can't remember if he gets in rainbow bridge danger like Jack did. I just watched the one from s1 about the Racoon! and that was just so freaking CLOSE!

I was hoping they would release The Little House Years with this season but I don't see any mention of it. I guess we'll find out on July 14 if it's included, but I doubt it since it's not included with Season Six on Digital HD. If my biggest complaint about the remastered releases ends up being a missing three-part episode of mostly old clips, I'll consider myself lucky.

I was just about to bring that up.

Disappointed to see that not be mentioned, I also won't make it out to be a major deal, since it's just a clip show and isn't. But it's going to be sad if it's again incomplete.

And if nothing else, it's the one bit of this series that likely drew some new fans to Laura's books, since there's a shot of a young girl in the credits as I recall, reading a hardcover copy of Little House on the Prairie in a library.

I'm sure that some were unaware that this show was based on a line of books, until they saw that (Even though it's mentioned at the end of the opening credits, I believe, but who reads those ;)).

With their new bonus feature concluding, I wonder if they will start recycling past interviews now for the final three seasons and movie set?

Could someone do me a favor?

Please post a link to the Amazon pre-order?

I am traveling today and doing my best to figure out how to surf the forum on my phone...but it's a big learning curve.

And I searched Amazon...but found nothing--just every other season ever released on Blu and DVD.

I don't know why I can't see Ron's link. It's not like I've got an ad blocker on my phone.

Damn technology! [emoji3]

I have the same problem with the preorder link. I try turning off ad blocker, pop up blocker, any other stuff that seems like it might interfere, but I cannot get the link to appear.

I did my own search on Amazon, and everything for Little House appeared except the season 6 bluray.

The latest link took me right to it - no problem and I preordered. Thanks, Ron.

Would 1176 minutes be enough to include the clip episode?

It would not be enough. It would only be enough for part six of the documentary at 15 minutes and 24 episodes averaging 48:23. If it included The Little House Years, it would have 27 episodes and another 132 minutes of run time.

Although The Little House Years is a compilation it would still be an interesting view. I guess its too late to ask Lionsgate to include it?

No need to wait. If you order from Amazon you will pay the cheapest price between now and release day.

If the price drops then goes up again you'll still pay the lowest prices unlike those who wait and maybe miss the lowest price and end up paying more.

If the price fails to drop to a level you're happy with there's plenty of time to cancel - right up to release day

While all true, from my experience with this particular title the lowest price on Amazon ends up being a price match of the BestBuy/Walmart pricing the week before release. In this case, I prefer to reward the one pushing to keep the price down, not the one just matching to stay competitive. Also, since I go for the free shipping, BestBuy's free shipping ships much quicker then Amazon (at least from my experience). With BestBuy I typically receive it before Amazon gets around to even shipping. And since Amazon is no longer tax free for me there really isn't a reason (at least for me) to shop for this particular title at Amazon. There would seem to be certain titles where BestBuy appears to be the leader on lowest release day pricing (e.g. Star Trek TNG BR releases).

I would buy this on the day of release from a brick and mortar store but I've only seen Wal-mart carry the DVD sets, never seen any Blu releases in any store. I usually wait until close to the release date before I order it from Amazon.

I like the cover art more for this season than the last, which had the characters seem awkwardly laid out.
