This was originally released as a Universal theatrical film and it's being put out on blu-ray by Mill Creek Entertainment...wonder what other Universal catalog titles they've licensed?

Old Gringo is a Columbia film, not Universal. Mill Creek has issued Columbia's Lady From Shanghai on blu and four Columbia Lucille Ball films on DVD.
