Where is Joan Leslie's name on the cover. Isn't she the star of the film?

Good question. Seem to have lost her name in the shuffle.
Though going by the original posters the cover replicates, Joan Leslie was the fourth billed actress under those other three in that same order. So I guess Olive cut her off the list since they could only fit three names.
