RIP to Arthur Rankin, the stop motion and animator who entertained so many with everything from "Frosty the Snowman" to contributions with so many TV animated efforts.

Well, most of Mr. Rankin's greatest hits will be on high rotation on multiple media platforms around the world in the next 6 weeks or so -- not a bad legacy for tv specials made 50 years ago and for someone who put so much work and effort into these productions (along with Mr. Bass, naturally)
