I want to put a tv in the bedroom. Unfortunately it's small and doesn't have a lot of room. I also have my computer in it.

My computer has two HDMI ports: one on the nVidia GPU I have installed as well as on the motherboard. Since I have my computer display connected to the HDMI on my GPU can I run a longer HDMI cable from the motherboard one to the tv and have it display without a problem? This would be for access to my Blu-Ray drive only. Can two HDMI ports from separate GPU's be used simultaneously?

It really depends on the motherboard but most newer boards should just be able to use the secondary on-board GPU as a pass-through while keeping your primary dedicated GPU as the render source. Unfortunately some boards will disable the on-board features completely if using a dedicated card. If it were me I'd experiment, just grab an extra HDMI cable and try it out, it won't ruin anything. If it does work hopefully it will pass through the audio signal as well, not just the video.
