T-schmobile decided to "update the area", leaving me with essentially no service.The one house went from 4g in the house to only outside. The other went from passable 2g to 70% X on the signal meter.Been bitching since June about the crap service. Got a text before then saying to expect service issues for 3 weeks. Month went by and the resultant call was "the antenna was damaged during the update by storms"(which was the truth. We got hit hard).They offered a service credit once the antenna was done(promised 2-3 weeks from then).I waited 5 weeks. "Are you going to be done sometime soon?" "We've been done 10 days"...Long story short, my phone ended up killing itself trying to maintain 2g. It smoked its board.T-schmobile offered a $100 credit and 40% off a replacement phone. They no longer had the L9 and I was irritated by the lack of space(thread devoted to that already).I was appalled a new phone was, minimum, $275(the $100 was first, then 40% off the remainder).I walked out of VZW with a G3 and Tab(also LG) that was the smallest "hot spot" enabled, for less than "just a phone" at T-schmobile.10 years a customer(very satisfied I might add) till June.And I was looking forward to unlimited tunes...
