Excellent. A VERY underrated film IMO.

Now you listen to me, I'm an advertising man, not a red herring. I've got a job, a secretary, a mother, two ex-wives and several bartenders that depend upon me, and I don't intend to disappoint them all by getting myself "slightly" killed.  Roger Thornhill (Cary Grant), Hitchcock's North By Northwest (1959)

On Facebook, the Warner Archive just announced that a MOD Blu-ray of Burt Reynolds' much-requested 1981 film is being prepped, which is sure to correct a DVD disaster.

EDIT: I see that there's already a thread on this so Moderator feel free to remove.

About time this underrated film get some love from Warner.  I loved it ever since my first viewing of it in a movie theater some 30 odd years ago.

Robert, can you fix the thread title? It's coming from WHV, not WAC ;) Cheers!

I fear this release will turn into another GREYSTOKE or FEARLESS situation, even though it won't be released through the Archive. Endless delays and missed street dates. Wasn't it originally supposed to be out last month or was a street date never officially announced?
