Samsung speakers paired with RCA sub/reciever? (1 Viewer)

Hi,
Looking forward to becoming a dedicated member to this page.
Anyways, I was wondering if I could hookup my samsung speakers, just like these to hookup to an RCA sub/reciever like these or these. I want to hook it up with my PS3 via optical.
1)Would it work to use the reciever with the PS3 connected via optical?
2)What kind of wire would I need to hook it up? How much would it cost?
3)The color of red/black on the back of the speakers wouldn't affect the different colors on the back of the reciever would it?

Two if your links, for me, come up with the same RCA HTiB.If these Samsung speakers are also HTiB...no you can't "just hook them up".

I believe the speakers are HTiB, is there anything I can buy that can make them work with anything for my ps3? I just got these speakers just like these, and want to get them hooked up.

Yep. Find a Samsung HTiB that has the same rear speaker plugins.
