Not sure if I have seen a press release for this yet but looking on the shoutfactory website I noticed this little beauty with reversible cover!

It was mentioned in another Shout Factory thread (I can't seem to locate it at the moment). It wasn't specifically about the Halloween titles but it did confirm that Halloween II and Halloween III are getting "Collectors Edition" releases.
Both titles will have Director and Cast commentaries "making of" materials, trailers and some other miscellaneous items. Halloween II will include a separate DVD of "Television Cut" of the movie (which is quite different from the theatrical release).
I think the reversible cover art to show the original poster art for both titles is a new detail. I wish all studios would do that.
