Anybody hear anything about this? It has a page at amazon, but it isn't available for pre-order and the release date given (Nov. 4) is a Saturday.

dvdasian has it available for pre-order and a list of the special features, but the release date given (Nov. 10) is a Friday.

UPDATE- I just checked here and the release date is November 14

I already spent enough on that ridiculous 6-7 disc Korean box set that came in a handmade metalic case inside a giant purple giftwrapped box with a bow with like 3 different versions of the movie...

But a lot of the extra stuff in the purple box set doesn't have subs, IIRC.

They say Nov. 14 as well...absolutely LOVED this film, I heard Harry Knowles did a commentary for one of the Korean releases of this, or was it Sympathy For Mr. Vengeance? Can't remember!

Here's hoping for the same treatment for Mr. Vengeance and the upcoming Lady Vengeance.

This is one of my favorite movies.
I actually just bought the one disc about a month ago, hehe. This will be worth the double dip though.

the pic of the tin set over DVDempire is longer there.this sounds like a great release but the tin looks very crappy.i hope that means they are gonna change it.

only problem with that is that mr vengeance and lady vengeance are actually ntsc to pal transfers so there is apparently at times servere motion blurring. I'd get the region 1 3 disc oldboy, the 1 disc region 1 mr vengeance and the 2 disc region 3 version of lady vengeance that has the fade to black and white version. just my take.
