It's a shame that we only get a 1-hour premiere, but oh well. After the last three seasons had the entire casts uncovered before the official reveal, it's surprising that we have just over half the cast known. That makes the official reveal even more exciting this time around

I'm also surprised that so many castaways still are unknown at this point, although a couple of the known ones will definitely take people by surprise.

There's also a rumor that

one whole tribe will be celebrities or quasi-celebrities which will include Bobby Jon, Stephenie, and former Dallas QB Gary Hogeboom as mentioned above

I'd like to reserve Brooke for the challenge.

Hope Danni put some meat on her bones before showing up in Guatemala, she's ripped in the group photo, but you need some fat reserves for this game. She had a nice headshot.

Initial thoughts:
1. As a whole, this group seems off, and is rather funny looking. Seeing the group photo, my first thought was "These people look goofy"

2. Seems like they are doing an anti-Big Brother by having an older cast.

Morgan looks like Amy Poehler (SNL cast member, does the weekend update with Tina Fey).

I think I'm in love with Brooke, she listed "Better Off Dead" as one of her favorite films.

That's the first thing I thought of when I saw the pic. And believe me, that's NOT a bad thing.

Brian is a carbon copy of Mitchell from season 2--and the first time ever that someone shares a name with a former winner.

So far, I like Brooke, Jim, Judd, and Rafe. I'm hoping to get Rafe in the HTF challenge.

If you take the time to read all the bios, one interesting fact sticks out:
Three of the contestants have identical twins.

Coincidence? I think not.
I just wonder how Burnett and co. will work it into the game.
