Sad. We do some printing for them, and I know a couple of the employees fairly well as a result. They just completed construction on a huge addition, too.

Everyone made it out okay, although I'm sure there are going to be several cases of smoke inhalation. We're stuck indoors until they can get everything under control, which could take some time since it's an oil fire.
He obviously misinterpreted what it means to "be bullish."

Let us know when the determine the cause.

We're talking about tens of thousands of square feet of shop floor, so the new construction was a bit more than just remodeling. The fire looks to be out now. The latest I heard was something accidentally sparked the oil pit and started the fire.
