Does anyone remember this educational-science show that aired on Saturday mornings in the early 90's with the fat guy who wore a giant dirty rat costume with a New Jersey accent and the sea monkeys, etc?
Beakman's World was one of my favorite shows as a kid. Not only was it educational, but it was very funny and entertaining. I'd buy DVDs of this show in a heartbeat, although I expect Bill Nye's inferior show to be on DVD before Beakman.

I found a tape about a year or so a go at Goodwill and it was really fun to watch the show again. This, along with Wishbone and Mr. Wizard's World are all recently announced must-haves for me.
