Just got e-mails from www.tvshowsondvd.com regarding
Family Guy and Futurama.

Family Guy "Volume 2" slated for September 9th.

Futurama "Volume 2" slated for September 2nd.

I just wanted to show my enthusiasm for this news. I was surprised neither David nor Gord started a thread about it, so I started my own.

I'm sure more details will follow.

What is Family Guy V.2 going to have, 1 season? Isn't that all the current set is missing?

Yup, after the volume 1 set, all that's left is season 3, the final season, and the never-aired-episode "When You Wish Upon a Weinstein," which was made as part of season 2.

The Region 1 cover for Futurama (Volume One) is the same as the Region 4.
So, it is likely that the Region 1 cover for Futurama (Volume Two) will look the same as the Region 4.

Basically, like this...

Good. If they would reconsider a certain 1970s program I'd be even more enthused.

Enough is enough, Disney. We DEMAND the release Song of the South on Blu-ray.

Don't forget the "Osama Bin Laden scene".

I was referring only to episodes that are left to be released.
