I got so much stuff in the last 2 weeks i cant even remember. I did get Band of brothers on Blu-ray for $45 last week. Now its $37 at BB and Amazon. Shoot, $45 was still a good deal.
I had plenty of those good deals this season.
I have a $50 BB gift card too!

Besides those DVDs mentioned in post #4 above, I also received Diagnosis Murder (Season Three), Gomer Pyle: U.S.M.C. (Season Five), and The Mod Squad (Season Two, vol. 1).

I got Casino Royale and I Am Legend...on Blu Ray!!!! Of course this also means I got a new BD player, Sony S350, Santa (my wife) was very good to me!

My wife got me the entire first season of Get Smart ... only it was the 1990's remake version - she didn't know the difference, bless her. I blame the company who obviously marketed this pathetic remake to capitalize on the confusion. I also applaud my non-TV-fan wife for trying.

Oh, and I bought myself the complete series box set of The Wire ($89 at Best Buy!) to compensate. Merry Christmas indeed!

THe only DVDs I got were "The Incredible Hulk" (2008 movie) & "Iron Man". I haven't seen either before and the fact that I just finished my season 5 Hulk set makes it a nice little bonus to have the movie.

Got the Big Lebowski 10th Anniversary (bowling ball) set, the MST3K 20th Anniversary set (tin + Crow figurine), and the Shield Season 6 DVD set. And the PS3!! Still no sure if I'll buy any Blu-rays though.

here is my final "haul": Mission Impossible season 5, Hawaii FiveO season 5, Father Knows Best season 2, McHales Navy season 4, Stargate Atlantis season 4, The Get Smart movie, Adventures of Robin Hood season 2, Odd couple season 4, Burke's Law season 1 vol 2, Miami Vice season 4, Golden Girls season 3, Ironside season 1 and the final season of Daniel Boone. Not bad at all this year.

I almost purchased this set from Walmart a few months ago. But then I looked at it more closely. I agree with you about the marketing of this product. It almost fooled me.

Side note, I'm going to give my father-in-law my DVD of Band of Brothers. Not as a gift, just spreading the love!
