Uploading Images... (1 Viewer)

I'm not the sharpest pencil in the box on such issues, but it looks like a cell phone orientation issue to me.

All his horizontal images appear correctly, but the vertically-composed shots appear as if rotated counter-clockwise.

On my iPhone, I would have to edit the images in iOS7 to "fix" their orientation...or on my PC after I download them.

But I have never directly uploaded images from my phone to the forum.

Mike, I was thinking the same thing. I'll have to experiment next time I post an image.

Are these iPhone or iPad images? The forum software maker (Invision Power) says this is quite common with these files. Unfortunately, it's related to the iDevice camera software and the forum can't prevent it.

It isn't ipone or ipad. Could be Galaxy note 10.1 or GS3 phone or my macbook air.

I use all three to post pics.

Thats the first one that has been upside down but as you can also see the first one was correct

I took the latest pics withmy phone and moved them over to my tablet.The pics I took vertical appear on here sideways. The horizontal pics appear here correctly after I post them on HTF.

When I went to upload an image today, I noticed the following:

"You can upload up to 2.34KB of files (Max. single file size: 2.34KB)"


That's a uselessly small filesize cap for images.

This was tied to an upload limit in your permission class. You personally were within 2.34KB of that. I lifted the limit and you should be good to go.
