Dunno bud, I got it in the last bundle and rarely use it. I didn't even look at the price.

LittleSnapper may be useful to you tho:

LittleSnapper price history: $40 -> $35 -> $25 -> $5.

That was a nice article. I particularly like the suggestions for Wish List (which I stated), upgrade options, and clarification on the installed software bought pre-MAS.

I'm increasingly confused on the matter of demos. I thought the whole point, originally, of in-app-purchases was to provide a single demo application that could be upgraded in place to the full app. Yet very few developers do this (I've only seen it in pCalc and Astronut), and every article on these matters pointedly ignores this option.

I was about to buy Pinball HD but saw in the comments it doesn't remember your high score. Can you confirm that? I haven't decided if that is a deal breaker yet or just a bit of a bummer.

I haven't seen any high score lists so far. I don't care about losing the Internet-wide ones so much, but I would have liked the local ones.

There needs to be a site like TouchArcade that tracks the latest releases tho...

FANTASTICAL

Just downloaded and installed this app. It's absolutely wonderful.

I have a busy iCal. Constantly entering dates and appointments

into it, and it can sometimes be a bit tedious having to fill out each

of the fields.

Imagine if you could just write: "Dental Appointment Saturday May

7th 12-2pm" and have it populate every single field of iCal for you
just based on natural writing?

What a timesaver this piece of software is. Click on link below picture.

If you are a cat owner (or, rather, are owed by cats) and have an iPad, check out the free Friskies' Games for Cats website.

Here's my cat, Dash, playing a round of the Fishing Game

Agree, sideways, dude!

Also now in addition to the Mac App Store and Steam we have a THIRD (fourth if you count Bodega, which I don't) entrant: Amazon!

Sam I can't get that link to work. Where does it go on amazon? Hmm it works directly from the email notice for the topic but not from the actual post.

There's a Pinball HD update (Version 1.4; July 26, 2011) now, with the note "Added high system support". I just played a game, and it's there. The vendor also messed around with the startup screen, so instead of seeing a moving closeup of the selected table while its sounds play, you see static artwork and hear mixed sounds from all tables. Probably a change to support the menu, but I miss the fly-overs.

Turns out the Pinball HD flyovers are still there. I discovered accidentally that if you click on the background of the menu screen, you get the flyover for the currently-selected table.
