I like the shoe or the dog. I'm assuming you're only talking about the original game, not the many variations. I particularly like the mouse for the Dot.com edition the best, from the tokens I've seen.

It used to be a tiny little turtle made of jade. Now I use a colourful little glass rooster.
If I absolutely must use one of the "official" tokens, I usually go for the top hat.
