The really frustrating thing is that if they had any real forward thinking leadership they could still fix this. Unfortunately they still seem to have heads stuck in the sand with fingers in their ears that RIM has....

Last time I walked into a BB, I was ready to buy. There were three sales associates standing at the front of the store shooting the breeze, and two sales associates in the back shooting the breeze. It seemed to me they were all standing around doing nothing, yet I couldn't get anyone to help me. I was a customer in the store ready to spend money, and no one seemed to care. It wasn't the first time I had this frustrating, inexplicable experience at BB, but apparently it was the last.
