Anyone ever dealt with DVDlegacy through buy.com?? (1 Viewer)

I preordered Sex and the city from these people because it was advertised on buy.com for a good price and over 60 days later I still dont have it.
Has anyone else had any bad experiences with this company.
Ive written them and thy keep saying its on the way but still no DVDS.

I'm confused... I thought Buy.com was a online retailer... they don't have a secondary-site, do they?

I meant through half.com. I preordered something and I never got it.
They ripped me off.
