I didn't care for the digital short and the final sketch, but it was a very good episode. Shia did a great job like the last time he was on. I never liked the MacGruber sketches in the past, but I thought they were funny this time. ~T
The problem with Walken is that he mostly only made eye contact with the cue cards; there was hardly any effort to once in a while make eye contact or address the other characters in the sketches like other hosts have done. ~T
The writing was really good for this episode but I think Walken blew how great the entire show could've been. Wiig did a great job with her Sue character, and I'd really like to see that be a recurring character. ~T
This epsidoe was alright. Did anyone else have lip-synch problems with the show? It was especially bad during Obama's talking, and I was thinking someone else was doing his voice. ~T
Great episode! I was hoping Brian Williams would be a good host based on his sense of humor shown on talk shows like Conan. I think the only sketch that didn't work for me at all was the backstage at the Democratic debate. ~T
Good episode. Opener, game show (Wiig was hot), Dane cook, naming the band, and Barkley and Bjork were good. Jon Bon Jovi was on Conan and talked about some ideas he had for sketches but they were turned down. They sounded pretty good. For a host who could act and isn't afraid to do...
