Speaking of Murnau, I would love it if a print of Der Januskopf (Murnau’s lost take on the story) were to miraculously turn up, unlikely as that may sound. Among other things, the film apparently featured an early role for Bela Lugosi.

Apparently that’s actually the correct way of pronouncing the name. The more familiar pronunciation of Jekyll wouldn’t come into use until the Spencer Tracy version of the story (why I don’t know).
