The IndieGoGo campaign for the 3-D Blu-Ray of Prototype is 95% complete with only 40+ hours to go. The campaign only needs 10 more backers to reach it's goal.

I saw it at the theater. The 3-D is pretty good, but the story was bland and uninteresting. The 3-D was the only thing that kept me interested the whole time.
Some recent Disney films aren't being released at all in 3-D anywhere. A Wrinkle in Time hasn't been released. Nutcracker and the Four Realms appears to be receiving a similar fate. Both were box office disappointments, so it's understandable.
I saw it in theaters. It's low-medium to medium layers. Kinda similar to Underworld: Blood Wars.
It doesn't match the 3-D in Marvel films released by Disney, but still better than 2-D.
I honestly have no idea. I live in the USA.
I have sent packages to the UK, so I'm aware of customs charges. I'm not sure how Amazon US handles these charges.
Amazon.com always lists the the MSRP for months before lowering the price a few weeks before the official release date.
The Maze is currently selling for $20.97 at Kino Lorber's website. I expect Amazon to offer a similar price just before release date.

I never use Cinemablend for purchasing a 3-D Blu-Ray or buying a 3-D ticket.
I use opinions from the 3-D section at the "other site" or here. They tend to be more accurate than any other source.
I pre-ordered my T2 3-D theatrical ticket today. Since I've seen no 3-D films this month, and probably won't see any next month, I'll eat the $25 price tag.
Yep, Nwave was very disappointed in Studio Canal and Lionsgate's promotion of Robinson Crusoe/The Wild Life here in the US. They want a distributor who will actually make an effort to showcase their films in all parts of the world, and not just Europe.
Their next planned feature is The Queen's...
I bought Warcraft a couple weeks ago. It looks even better at home than it does in the theater.
The 3-D on this film is strong for a modern film. Definitely not 2.5D. Enjoyable popcorn movie. $16.99 is a very reasonable price.
The price doesn't concern me. It's the same price Amazon charged for Jaws 3-D.
What concerns me is that it's a Best Buy exclusive and Best Buy doesn't deliver outside of the US. International customers will have to use Ebay scalpers or package forwarding services to acquire the disc.
The "aliasing" may be coming from a 1080p passive 3-D set, which halves the vertical resolution. CGI 3-D animation tends to show the jaggies since it uses sharp brightly colored straight parallel lines.
Live action films aren't as noticeable.
^It's called The Wild Life over here in the states, and yes, I'm looking forward to it. It will be the first Nwave film I've ever seen in the theaters.
Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk will also be shot in native 3-D. So that's 3 native 3-D films. While disappointing, it's still more than last year, where only The Martian was native 3-D.
