Well, just a few things: (1) They weren't at any point on wooden furniture; I watched this again and I never saw this happen; there were plenty of stone looking furnishings and big halls, but as far as technologically advanced, they definitely seemed to be way out there; forming instant portals...
Way better then I expected. It's not perfect, there are some things I didn't care for, but my expectations put this about the level of say, Transformers.. this is a far better film then anything in that franchise.. the action was good, even the dialog was pretty good. Made for a good...
Yeah, they always show in both, and I go to the 2D, but the 2D screen is normally a much smaller screen then the main house, which is where 3D happens. That's why I was thankful Harry Potter wasn't, and when films aren't. The only films I've seen in 3D I thought really "worked" were Avatar...
