I'm ready to send my mono (got it last week but only got to play it today) in to Amazon for replacement, but this is what I was afraid could happen. Maybe Chuck or Adora can tell us if they went through a live rep or the 'net.

I got mine last week but moving things around so haven't been able to play it yet. My box says 'Dolby Digital' on the back (no 5.1 indication), so wondering if this is the mono or reissue (or are the boxes the same?)
