I reverted back to 2.0 only to find Dreamgirls and Flags would randomly mute sound while go into fast forward. Downloaded 2.2 again last night in the hope that the earlier one was corrupted. Fingers crossed as I have friends coming over tomorrow to watch Flags.

I would just caution upgraders if your player worked ok with 2.0 firmware. My did but 2.1 was a diaster causing freezes and jams that never happened before. I have just downloaded 2.2 and my player seems to have the same problem especially with combo discs.I am still checking it out.

On 2.0, my XA1 worked fine. It took me several hours to download 2.1 and since that was installed, the Tosh jams and freezes on most discs.Tosh have been helpful and say that they are urgently working on a new download to fix all the problems with 2.1. They say you can't go back but others have...
