I've got no dog in this fight, but I thought this quote from Chris Klimek's (NPR) review was pretty damned hilairous:
"A ponderous, smothering, over-pixelated zeppelin crash of a movie scored by a choir that sounds like it's being drowned in lava."
Now I simply HAVE to see it!
I was hoping for the best after some early positive buzz, but comments like this really don't fill me with a lot of confidence:
"It's another numbing smash-and-bash orgy of CGI mayhem..."
Exactly what I was afraid of. I'll still go see it and hope it's not as bad as all that.
First fan reactions to the film are starting to roll in on Twitter:

I have to agree with Sam to some degree. Most of the comic book films released in the past decade have stories that are too focused on the bad guys causing mass destruction - blowing stuff up real good and killing lots of innocent people. Filmmakers are probably channeling 9/11 to a large...
No more ludicrous than a pair of eyeglasses and a meek demeanor serving as Superman's Clark Kent "disguise". You just have to accept it and move on. ;)
EDIT: Beat me to it Travis!
Yes it's a brief moment from a trailer taken out of context, but the exchange was intentionally included. Maybe to sow confusion? Who knows. We'll find out on game day.
Meh here as well. Eisenberg seemed more annoying than anything else. I wasn't a fan of Snyder's take on Supes in MoS and this seems to be more of the same. Doomsday came off looking very generic, like The Abomination's brother from The Incredible Hulk. And who's the chick with the shield again...
We could go on and on. The point was that Marvel brought their A-game to the table, elevated the genre, have set the bar pretty darned high, and they've got the box office records to prove it. WB is struggling with their DC characters (Nolan aside). Choosing Snyder was a big mistake IMO.
