For those interested, here's the cover for Bounty's upcoming September release of "23 Paces to Baker Street" in Australia. Although early word has it that this transfer is 16:9, that's not always the case for the 'scope' films released by Bounty.

"23 Paces to Baker Street" is being released on the 14th of September by Australian publisher Bounty Classics. I've got a few of their titles and they are normally of very good quality.

I'd adore to see Fox revisit "Anastasia" on Blu-ray.... Ditto "The King and I", "Peyton Place", "The Best of Everything". So many of the Fox 'scope' films in the Studio Classics series would greatly benefit the upgrade to hi-def.

I sadly don't think "Anastasia" would be included, seeing as the current Fox Studio Classics release continues to be a very strong seller for them, with a great extras package (the Biography episode on the real Grand Duchess Anastasia and a fantastic audio commentary hosted by Sylvia Stoddard)...
