    Not true John as I seem to remember seeing D150 on the marquee for THE BIBLE. I still have the NYC times movie page from Sunday 2 July 1967. The small ad for the BIBLE actually stated 'filmed and presented in D150'. I will email you a copy but it may be hard to read.

    Wikipedia, like the IMDB , is a very flawed site and one cannot believe what is always on their site. Data is never checked on these sites and they are also notorious for not updating the facts when they are advised of errors.

    Making a copy of almost anything on television is also illegal. If you even copy something that is copyright free it is illegal if the television's station insignia is showing on the corner of the screen.Most people don't know this.

    Myself and my ex 70mm/ 3 strip Cinerama projectionist friends disagree with you in that digital does not come up to the quality of 70mm film. It may in ten years time but definitely not today.
