WOW!!! What happened to this thread?? I had to dig deep to find it!! Anyone have any new information on upcoming releases?? Anyone with some sort of insider knowledge able to tell me if my most wanted show at the moment (Young Maverick) is coming out in 2015?

Okay, now I've gotta read up on SuperGlobetrotters. I well remember watching the original cartoon of the Globetrotters. I have zero recollection of the super-ized version.

While getting all the other classic WB westerns has been a blast, I am still hoping that YOUNG MAVERICK will see release in the first quarter of next year, thus completing all the Maverick material.

Maybe if I don't say it this week...... :)

I keep hoping that I'll see YOUNG MAVERICK, especially after how closely MAVERICK season 5 and the complete series of BRET MAVERICK were released. But my hopes are dimming.....

Young Maverick!!! (you knew that was coming!) Actually, I would taken ANY WB western series.

YOUNG MAVERICK - just because I feel obligated to post it often on here. More than SPENCER though, I am hoping to eventually get the spin off series A MAN CALLED HAWK or some such title. I actually enjoyed it more than I did SFH.

Are they hosting a panel at the con? It would be great if they would give us a look at what's coming down the road!!

Wonder if the passing of Mr. Garner (my favorite actor) will quicken the release of YOUNG MAVERICK? Garner had a cameo in the first episode of that series.

ALways enjoy some GILLIGAN material. I really wish, despite the quality, that we could get a release of all the follow up GILLIGAN movies!!!

The "Yes it's coming" response but no time date given is the same response I received for YOUNG MAVERICK. Seems to be sort of a standard answer until the release date gets close.

I could see BRONCO as a possible. Saw a post via Maverick on Facebook that was a direct BRONCO reference. Honestly, beyond the WB westerns, are there seasons of TARZAN left?

No secret that I am waiting for YOUNG MAVERICK. Having ordered some other WB westerns and enjoying them, I will probably continue to order those as released. Will have to try one of the WB detective shows from that era. I've not seen any of them so I will give em a shot. Beyond that...

QUESTION - many of you seem to know pretty immediately wnen Archives announce their new releases. I was just wondering if there was a specific day and page on which they make these announcements??

It really is disappointing. , James. Obviously I wanted Young Maverick, but I know that there are some other programs out there that other fans would enjoy seeing released. Maybe next week.......????

Not sure about that. I've wondered, too. My guess would be that since the release of THE NEW MAVERICK wasn't all that long ago, it probably won't be included. But then again, I've been known to be wrong :)

No surprise coming from me, but I am hoping for a wrap up of the Maverick material with a release of YOUNG MAVERICK. That would be the last of the Maverick material to come out. And it does offer a cameo by Garner as Bret in the first episode!!! So that could even put a small picture of him...

My only guess / hope is for YOUNG MAVERICK. And I am basing this on the fact that a rep on the Warner Archives Facebook page stated a few months ago that YOUNG MAVERICK and BRET MAVERICK were both definately 'go's. And since BRET recently was released, I am hopeful that YOUNG is soon to follow!!

Well, WB on their website confirmed that season 5 of MAVERICK would be released, so that should be a done deal. They also confirmed that sometime after season 5, the two spinoff series YOUNG MAVERICK and BRET MAVERICK would be released. Don't know if both will come out in 2014, but I am sure...
