Just my opinion but the proper response would have been here's s name, an email address and phone number to Kino. Please pass your concerns and problems on to them. Instead the responses on Marty and the snyc issues for On The Beach just inflamed the situations and it got personnel on both sides.

Sorry but no it is not. It was released in 1955. At the least the ratio was 1.66:1 but it was projected in Theatres at 1.85:1. History confirms this.
