I am extremely happy with Blu-ray of THE TIME MACHINE. There is way more detail and the blacks are deep. The transfer is very acceptable. The sound is outstanding and I'm happy they keep the extras from the DVD.

The Warner/Paramount agreement only began January 1, 2013, a little over a year ago. Give them a little time, I'm sure if the HD master has been produced by Paramount they will release those in Blu. But you have to remember they don't own the library and are not responsible for the HD masters...
Off topic but I would love to have the Sunn Classics Library on Blu or even DVD. Most of those early titles did a lot of business in southern states even if most titles were 4-walled.
