    3 Stooges Collection Vol. 7 - 1952-1954, November 10

The one person I trust is Mike Schlesinger. What he has said has all come true in one form or another about Sony releases. He was right on top of the news when some titles were delayed to 2010 and now we are seeing those announcements come to past. If he says the volume is coming but taking...

    3 Stooges Collection Vol. 7 - 1952-1954, November 10

Several pages back in this forum there was a discussion on when the final volume would come out and why the delay. Mike Schlesinger answered the question with the below statement. If I may answer: yes, they are. The problem is that since they were never released in any video format...

    3 Stooges Collection Vol. 7 - 1952-1954, November 10

All great points. I am not sure 3D home is going to be a huge as some in the industry feel. Now back on topic. It seems that the next and final volume is shooting for August. I wish it would be sooner, but if the time means more work on the transfers, then I am all for it.

You said that right. I just now am breathing good after the HD expense. I will wait and perhaps not even join in. The last thing I want is to sit in front of my TV with 3D glasses on.

Your right that if they use it as a gimmick it will die just as it did in the 50's and then in the 80's. Releasing pictures such as My Bloody Valentine, Final Destination and just kid films in 3D will end it quickly. But the success of Avatar which does not depend on gimmicks for the 3D effect...

    3 Stooges Collection Vol. 7 - 1952-1954, November 10

With the success of WONDERFUL WORLD OF COLOR and all the other discussions about the proper ratio of many Disney films (that were not scope) from the 60's and 70's, I wonder if Disney did not film in 1:33, but composed for 1:85. This would allow any film to be show in perpetuate on television...

    3 Stooges Collection Vol. 7 - 1952-1954, November 10

Watched the two 3D shorts earlier. Not a bad processes and I saw very defiant 3D effects that came out good. The opening was priceless. I have never seen either of the two shorts in 3D or in 2D and enjoyed them, in fact, I can not remember seeing any of these shorts so this collection is...

Stooges in 3D. Today's news is that the two 3D shorts will be presented in 3D. The collection will also carry two pair of 3D glasses. This is great news and I am sure will help sell this volume. The flyer for the release of the package artwork (orange) shows a pair of 3D glasses on the...

It would be nice if the two 3D shorts were offered in 2D and 3D. Until I here no, then I will still hope.
