Why would they need to have Princess Leia in Ahsoka? If they want to have Ahsoka meet Anakin's other kid, they can easily do it offscreen. And any scenes they felt a dramatic need to have with Leia and Ahsoka, they could easily give to the CG Luke.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Thrawn or Ezra or Hera interacting with characters from The Mandalorian. That would sorta keep the Ahsoka series 'alive' too.
Exactly. Do I want to see three episodes of Sabine scouring the planet and then finding Ezra (like literally every viewer knows will happen) or do I just want to get to it? Yeah, it's very convenient that she found him so easily but I've learned to appreciate brevity.
It's crazy to think about...
Since it was a very small thing, my guess would be hard drive but I definitely wouldn't be surprised if it were download since that's how the vast majority of theaters get their movies today. Either way, there's a digital key that makes the download useless if you don't have it so, in theory, no...
It played in ten theaters in the U.S. as a special event. There was a screening about 40 miles away from me and it was sold out but the number of Star Wars fans in the world and the extremely small number of screenings basically made it inevitable that it would do great. If they played every...
Regarding Sabine getting stabbed by a lightsaber, I think it all depends on what organs are injured. I'd think of it as the same as a gunshot wound in the real world. Lots of guys die when they're shot in the chest and lots live. It just depends on what gets messed up.
I'm assuming that the purrgils are the only (or one of the only) things that can make the trip to the other galaxy. For nearly every being in the Star Wars galaxy, they can't get in a spaceship and travel to the other galaxy.
And it only took five (?) years for Disney to figure out that not everyone on the east coast wants to or can wake up at 3 AM so they don't have the show ruined by losers on social media or legit websites desperate for a click on their headline.
Since they're putting up the first two episodes on August 23, I'm betting that episode 1 is more like an introduction to all of the characters (so folks who have never seen The Clone Wars or Rebels can know who's who) and episode 2 really gets the story started.
I was expecting there to be some announcements of new SW shows on Disney + Day and for the length of time it takes to make them, I was kinda glad they didn't announce anything. "Grogu: The Series coming in 2027!" "Season Four of The Mandalorian in 2031!" "Kylo Ren: The Teen Years coming in 2043!"
I'm curious when Ezra comes into this show's story. Based on the end of Rebels, it's kind of anticlimactic if he's there right from the beginning of Ahsoka and if it's later in the season, it's lame that it leaked out more than a year before the show will be on (and I'm not griping about this as...
According to the Star Wars Twitter again, it's set during the timeframe of The Mandalorian (I assume that means after Return Of The Jedi rather than exactly taking place during The Mandalorian) so I think you'll see more of the lady that she fought in her episode.
