Looking at Box Office Mojo, Juno made about $20 million more than Superbad but when I think of Juno, I think of the Juno character (if only because she's the title character) rather than Michael Cera's character.
I don't see how the movie could be bad either and Michael Cera's involvement (or lack of) isn't going to change that feeling for me. There's way too many funny writers, characters and actors involved for one missing guy to make that big of a difference. And The X-Files movie was good, dammit!
