That review is riddled with errors, period. Even errors in the synopsis, so I found it hard to take very seriously.

A secret confession: I never, ever watch commentary tracks. No idea why, I just don't. But I watched the commentary track for this and found it absolutely absorbing. This is a prized Blu Ray if ever there was one.

BTW, what ever happened to Joe Lugoff? I was sure he'd be posting his thoughts on the blu ray by now (unless he's banned or I just missed it).

It's a great, great, great, great blu ray. Just finished the extended version. The new footage really does add to the movie, This has become the only way I'm going to watch this movie from now on. Thank you to Criterion, RAH, and everyone else involved in bringing this masterpiece back to life.

A theater near me in the 1990s would do double bills from time to time. If I remember correctly, you had to pay separate admission for each picture, but as each one was only $2, who cared (it was a second run theater). But they had some oddball doubles: Sister Act 2 and The Getaway (Baldwin...
