Didn't the article on tvshowsondvd state Flacon Crest is going to be a MOD title? Apparently, at least according to the article, Night Court is going to be regular DVD.

Technically now it's more like five of the six big companies: WB, Fox (including MGM via Fox), Sony, Universal, ABC/Buena Vista/Touchstone which only leaves CBS Paramount. Hopefully CBS Paramount will finally start licensing to Shout!

All I can say is wow. I figured Larry Sanders would be coming but never imagined Max Headroom or any WB property going to Shout!
