I've got the Hansesound release from 2012 and I thought both these films looked pretty good on blu-ray, certainly a lot better than DVD.

The German blu-ray of Custer Of The West (which I made the mistake of buying a while back), is actually a DVD upscale. Its worse than the French disc. Needless to say, I will be getting the Kino disc.

Yes. I watched this a few weeks ago. Thought it was good fun. PQ is very good, strong colours, good detail. There is a problem in one scene for about 2 minutes, a narrow strip from the top of the frame, ends up on the bottom of the frame, which is rather distracting. It should have been...

Saw Five Weeks a few months ago. The PQ is pretty good, though I recall there were occasional soft shots. I was a bit disappointed in the film, I thought the plot was rather weak.
