    I also got the "You must first complete the Contribution Guide" message when I tried to contribute a profile. It looks like they're still loading the user profiles, so I assume this will be corrected when things return to normal. Let's hope so!

    There are ways to avoid discussing the issues that don't involve telling outright lies to loyal customers. For instance, "we're having some trouble that we can't talk about right now." One approach demonstrates respect for customers; the other doesn't.
