I also got those error messages when trying to contribute. Looks like they're not completely back to normal, but it's encouraging that most of the functionality is working again.

I also got the "You must first complete the Contribution Guide" message when I tried to contribute a profile. It looks like they're still loading the user profiles, so I assume this will be corrected when things return to normal. Let's hope so!
