Here's how I approached it, sort of "bubble sort" method. I first tried a very rough groupings of 10 (in Excel BTW). I then sorted each 10 by themselves. I then took the top 2 and moved them up a group and the bottom 2 and moved them down a group. Then I repeated the process many times...
