It would be a stretch for Ward to be welcomed back to the team. I could see him possibly going off and doing his own thing, being an antagonist, an occasional obstacle, an occasional reluctant ally because of overlapping interests, etc...But him going back to being "on the team" would be lame...

Yeah, Maria Hill. Cool that Triplet is the grandson of Gabe Jones. Clark Gregg really shines as Coulson get more emotional. Sky's reaction to the truth about Ward was a really nice performance from Chloe Bennet as well.

Yeah, that was great stuff. I'm really happy with what this show has become.

So no question now about Ward, he's been Hydra from the start and was putting on an act to gain the team's trust and learn the secret of Coulson's resurrection. Looks like he may have developed some attachments to the agents, but that ultimately doesn't change what he is and what he's done...
