Is this similar to the noise heard on the Walt Disney Treasures Donald Duck Vol. 1 set? On that set it almost sounded like static or a constant clicking. It affected about 1/2 of the cartoons.

I was hoping to see the original Paramount logo, but it isn't a deal breaker by any means.
