I used Epson Panoramic Photo Paper (8.3" x 23.4"). I then cut a legal size (8.3" x 14") piece for the cover, and use the remaining portion as letter sized for the insert. It's a little smaller than true letter sized, but works fine with my Canon printer.

Thank you, Ric and Parker. These covers look great, and I was reminded of why I switched cases on these collections last night -- I struggled for several minutes to get the inner sleeving out of the box on the original packaging before I could transfer the discs to the new case. :angry:

Ric, any estimate on when the cover for Season 6 will be available? My copy arrived today and it looks so out of place on the shelf next to those other great covers you've designed. No pressure, of course. ;)

Since both Circuit City and Best Buy have advertisements in this weekend's flyers for Season 5, I doubt that it will be delayed. I'm looking forward to seeing your cover for this one, Ric.
