I am so happy I didn't buy into Homepods. I am truly sorry to see them go, but I thought they were overpriced (as every Apple product is) and competing in a market with lots of other wireless offerings including Sonos (which I am heavily invested in).

Raul, congrats! They are great speakers. Slowly, you will find yourself integrating more Sonos speakers in your home. I have four Play:5 speakers, two subs, and a Playbase. Exceptional quality from all speakers.

Every review that I have read that puts the Google Max up against anything in its class, buts the Max at a loss. I suppose the fact that they did not move around the room is the most revealing part of that test.

Same quality. It's basically the same speaker. The ONE has Alexa integration built in.

I can tell you from experience if you go with Sonos, you will not be disappointed. Not only do their speakers sound phenomenal, but their app does an excellent job of integrating all your subscribed music services PLUS a plethora of Internet radio stations (via DASH) into an all-in-one experience.
