Would be interested to see where you are reading negative reviews of the PQ related to the German version of this release. I don't see any on the German Amazon site -- at least looking through 1-star reviews.

Billy, You 'da man! I had used the original link I provided long ago to Amazon UK. Did not read that Robert Crawford ordered from Amazon Germany. That is what I just did and got it shipped for $14.30. ....and you should all thank me. Now a U.S. release will certainly be forthcoming...
