This should be considered a *rumor*, but a friend of mine who pays attention to such matters says that the price $300 is being kicked around for the HD-DVD-ROM drive pictured above, at launch. Does this sound unreasonable? Will that drop to $250 or even $200 by Christmas 05? I'm inclined to slip...
