It certainly is a scene I have not seen and was not in the 50 minute version released on VHS. I think everyone here hopes you are right about them releasing the uncut version on DVD but if a decent version of it still exists then it does not explain why it was not released for the VHS version...

Well without commercials it should be 62 0r 63 minutes so we are missing 12-13 minutes.

No it wasn't. I had that tape for a long time and it was the 50 minute edited version. I remember these same conversations and dissapointment with that release when it came out.
