    Those who watched Noir Alley's showing of HELL BOUND might find this episode of RESCUE 8 titled "The Steel Mountain" interesting. This Emergency-type series has lots more footage filmed around those stacked-up trolley cars.

    I've always liked this film. All of the action footage in this has been used in two later movies: Edward Small's own production of DAVY CROCKETT, INDIAN SCOUT with George Montgomery in 1950 and then again in FRONTIER UPRISING with Jim Davis. I saw the Jim Davis movie in a theatre when I was 11...
