Interesting news about Moby Dick. I wonder if Twilight Time could tell us whether it's from a new master, as an existing transfer from overseas is somewhat faded and lacks detail (see this thread).
It definitely lives up to the capabilities of the talent involved. I'd describe it as a very unsettling movie that stays with you for days after you've seen it. Not the type of film I usually go in for, but after seeing it for the first time on DVD a few years ago, I promised myself I'd wait...
