    I was afraid that One-Eyed Jacks would be a lost movie forever so this is very exciting. I recall seeing it in 1960 or 1961 in a local theater and had to stay around to watch it a second time. Days of continuous performances! Great story, acting, photography and of course that great music...

    Of course memory does at times play tricks. However, I have yet to see a showing of Spartacus that matched that original presentation at The DeMille Theatre. What stood out was the outstanding use of sound in particular Alex North's spectacular score.

    Good news indeed. Besides the visual side of things I hope they treat the audio with respect as SPARTACUS has/had in 70mm a very,very robust sound design especially with regard to the Alex North score.
